2021 is the year of A L I G N M E N T for Venture and its people. Alignment means to be in the correct or appropriate position. To be in agreement. What does that mean for us? It means this year we will be intentional about operating out of the position God created us for. To be out of alignment creates a loss of rhythm and is detrimental to how we operate. Alignment creates acceleration in the right direction. God wants to restore us to the right position. He wants to restore us to the position and purpose He created us for.
