Taj & Kristi have been married for over 33 years and have two grown sons who live in southern California. Their sons have become some of their closest friends, and visiting them is one of their favorite things to do.
They both have Masters degrees from Trinity Seminary, and are certified Dynamic Marriage and United facilitators. They have about 20 years of marriage ministry experience, and have a heart for seeing marriages reach their fullest potential. They founded RE:UNION Marriage Coaching, and usually spend one to two evenings per week with a couple at their home. They are also certified Enneagram coaches, and love to help people understand themselves and others by using that tool.
They both started swimming competitively when they were 10 years old, and met on the swim team at U.C. Davis. Both of their boys also swam competitively through college, and so the smell of chlorine has been with them most of their lives.
Kristi has coached swimming for over 25 years, with her latest position at Alisal High School (since 2017). Taj has been her assistant coach at Alisal, and they love helping kids learn to swim who never had a chance before they came to Alisal High.
True homebodies, they love being home in comfy sweat pants. When they do get out, they enjoy dinners with friends, shopping, and a movie now and then. Taj loves listening to worship music, and Kristi does too—but mixes it up with a whole lot of Taylor Swift. They both love the Golden State Warriors, and the 49ers, and end each evening with an episode of Friends.
Being welcomed into the Venture family has meant the world to them, and are excited to take on this role of Care Pastors.

Will and Delina, have 15 years of ministry experience, dedicated to empowering children, volunteers, and parents on their path to living healthy, fulfilling lives while getting closer to God.
Their journey has not been without its challenges. Over the course of their 17-year marriage, they’ve embarked on a shared mission to make a positive impact on the lives of others. With a deep-rooted passion for spiritual and physical health, they have become beacons of inspiration in their ministry.
Through raising four amazing kids Amariyah, Uriah, Zayden & Kaydem they’ve encountered numerous trials. However, their shared priority of physical and spiritual health has served as a solid foundation, allowing them to navigate these obstacles with resilience and grace. They have become a living testament to the power of a strong partnership built on shared values in Christ.
Throughout their ministry, Will and Delina have nurtured and guided countless children, recognizing the importance of instilling healthy biblical habits from a young age. Their warm and caring nature has created a safe space for others to grow, learn, and develop their own unique gifts.
Their lives stand as role models for both parents and families, demonstrating the transformative power of leading a healthy and purposeful life. Their ministry experience has touched the hearts of many, bringing joy, hope, and inspiration to all they encounter.
They're committed to calling others higher to reach their full potential spiritually, physically & financially while celebrating the small wins & losses along the journey.
Troy & Zakia Lamb

Troy and Zakia have been married for 10 years and have three kids, Troy Jr., Kye and Genesis.
Troy has led Youth and Young Adult ministry for 10 years beginning in 2013. He and his wife Zakia served as leaders together involving Children’s Ministry, Youth & Young Adult Ministry, and Young Adult Evangelism/Christian Education Ministry in the local church since 2015.
Troy was called by God and ordained a minister to preach the gospel in 2015 and was ordained an Elder of the church in 2022. God has made it clear through prayer and vision that the calling over our lives is Young Adult Ministry. We have the desire in our hearts and the passion to see young people serve God, give their lives to Jesus, and live for Him as we learn His Word together.
